大漁旗のデザインです。大漁旗は、漁に出た漁船が、大漁で帰港する時に船上に掲げる旗です。また、出産祝いなどで、お祝いの時に使われますので、縁起良い色目やデザイン（鯛や海老、富士山等）が描かれます。

This is a design for a big fishing flag. A big fishing flag is a flag that is raised on a fishing boat when it returns to port with a big catch.　It is also used for celebrations, such as a baby shower, so auspicious colors and designs (sea bream, shrimp, Mt. Fuji, etc.) are drawn on it.
